So we (well Dan) finished painting the baby's room, as well as putting the crib and dresser together. We are thrilled with how the room is coming together and can't wait to get the glider/rocking chair and the other necessary items for our baby boy. We are also really looking forward to his arrival and showing him his new room this August. I am sure the next four and half months will fly by!!
We also recently received a wonderful gift and surprise from my cousin Shari! She sent us our baby bedding which we love! It is the bedding that her son (David) used when he was an infant and we are so happy to be able to use it as well!! As you can hopefully see from the quilt (again, I am still working on my technical skills), the bedding is sports themed. We are going to use this and then incorporate shades of blue and tan into the baby's room as our color scheme/theme.
